SherTrackTerms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and TN GROUP LLC ("we", "us"), operator of the SherTrack apps and shertrack.app (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Who can use SherTrack
You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to consent where you live, to create an account. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms for you.
2. Consent is required
SherTrack is a mutual, consent-based location-sharing service. You agree that you will:
- only invite people who know they are being invited and who choose to share their location with you;
- never install SherTrack on another person's device, or use it to monitor, stalk, harass or follow anyone without their knowledge and consent;
- only add a minor's device to a Circle if you are their parent or legal guardian.
We may suspend or delete accounts that break this rule and may cooperate with law enforcement.
3. Your account
Keep your phone and account secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away at [email protected] if you think it has been misused.
4. Subscriptions and payments
- Some features require a paid subscription. Prices and billing periods are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
- You can manage or cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service: no reverse engineering, scraping, interfering with our systems, uploading illegal or harmful content, or using SherTrack for any unlawful purpose.
6. Location accuracy and safety
Location and alerts depend on GPS, network signal, battery, phone settings and third-party services, and may be delayed, inaccurate or unavailable. SherTrack is not an emergency service. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, the SherTrack name, logo and the Sher mascot are owned by TN GROUP LLC. We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for its intended purpose.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms or if required by law.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TN GROUP LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your country of residence gives you mandatory consumer protections.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. If changes are material we will notify you in the app. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
